Joe Bell is a Year 9 student at College who set himself the challenge of walking across the Ladybower Dam Wall at Yorkshire Bridge using his K-Walker frame instead of his wheelchair in order to raise the £2000 he needed to buy a new wheelchair.
Joe says "I'm 13 and I have a rare disability called Arthrogryposis ,,,"
